with the weather warming up, i've really been wanting to refresh our home's curb appeal...especially the front doors...i've been debating between high-gloss black and high-gloss green...both options appeal to me for different reasons....today's post is my collection of the glossy black option -inspo pics...
mural wallpaper is making a comeback...in a new and fresh way...especially landscape murals...what used to grace the walls of historic buildings and homes are now being seen more and more in modern-looking rooms, and less formal spaces...
lately i've been scouring pinterest looking for inspo...really wanting to revamp/complete our dining room...and i've been going back and forth between traditional/conventional/formal, vs. something a little unconventional...like using church pews in place of regular chairs....
came across this elegant beauty in elle decor...a Nashville mansion designed by Chad James Group...the owners of the home approached James and his team looking to update the entire home...the inspiration for the redesign came from the owners' own collection of fine art and antiques...check out more photos of the home below...
catbird jewelry...i know im a tad behind on this one..., but just discovered them and loving their stuff so im gonna post on them anyway...we're all familiar with knuckle rings and "ring stacks" and apparently these are the guys that started it all.....and from a kitchen.....?

our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. it is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us...we are all meant to shine...and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people the permission to do the same. as we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
