came across this elegant beauty in elle decor...a Nashville mansion designed by Chad James Group...the owners of the home approached James and his team looking to update the entire home...the inspiration for the redesign came from the owners' own collection of fine art and antiques...check out more photos of the home below... there are so many things i am dying over in this bathroom right now....loving the color blocked drapery in the soft taupe shades, the black framed windows contrasting against the white walls, the gorgeous antiqued floors, and the of course the vanity, mirror, and marble...i think that whole wall is a marble slab???...kill me now.. this stunning bedroom is definitely a fav...there's a perfect mix of old and new...the antique looking armchairs and bench are matched with a grand and modern bed, which is softened by layers of creamy white linens and pillows...the window treatments don't need to be fussy because the architectural elements speak for themselves... amazing architectural elements going on in the hallway... love the traditional dining set used as a library table, with eye-catching lamps and all... totally amazing ombre drapery.... check out the fun, heart sculptural/light fixture.. amazing drapery throughout the entire house...a total dream...might possibly be what heaven looks like,..

our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. it is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us...we are all meant to shine...and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people the permission to do the same. as we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. |
